Lee McFarland founded one of the fastest growing churches in the country (Outreach Magazine, 2005) and also one of the Top 100 churches in America (Outreach, 2011).  Also voted one of the "Nations Most Creative Churches" in 2006 by Outreach Magazine.  If creative thinking and strategic vision-mapping is needed in your organization to take you to the next level, Lee specializes is performing an assessment and facilitating a session with you and your leadership team.  His experience as a Director of World Wide Operations at Microsoft, prior to starting two multi-million dolllar non-profit organizations, gives him a unique ability to help churches, schools, and businesses.
